FRACTAL GENERATOR began as a side project of members of the band Wolven Ancestry. Using an experimental approach to Death Metal, fusing jazz, black metal and grindcore influences, the band self-recorded the demo "The Cannibalism of Objects" in 2008. The album was never released until in 2011, Archaic North Entertainment decided to release the album by digital means to make the recording available to the public. A full length is set to follow sometime in the not so distant future.
